My brother has been suffering from a herniated disc in his back for years. He went to Dr. Nona Djavid and she put him on decompression. Within weeks of treatment my brother was feeling much better and exercising again. I feel like Dr. Djavid gave my brother his life back.
I too have heard nice things about decompression. Unfortunately many Insurance Companies deny benefits for it, because providers frequently charge hundreds of dollars per session.
I learned the McKenzie technique in a rehab program I took in the ’90s, and have seen fantastic results with it, in one month, with only 9 visits, at a fraction of the cost of decompression. And Insurers pay for it. More important, you show the patient how to do the technique, and they do it throughout care. That speeds their recovery too.
