Clinical Rounds: Part I
Patient Santa X has complaints of digestive and respiratory distress and attendant constipation since last week. Percussion obtained tympanic resonance over the lung field, and auscultation over the lung field yielded bronchovesicular breathing patterns with crackling rales, and egophony.
Please review this x-ray, and share your differential diagnosis with the group.
BTW, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all our friends and readers!
Santa has an interesting pulmonary tree!
That is awesome.
Santa ate the kids tree?
RESPONSE FROM FRANK:
Evidently the kids forgot to put out the cookies and milk!
