Patient Santa X has complaints of digestive and respiratory distress and attendant constipation since last week. Percussion obtained tympanic resonance over the lung field, and auscultation over the lung field yielded bronchovesicular breathing patterns with crackling rales, and egophony.

Please review this x-ray, and share your differential diagnosis with the group.
